Poor House Bistro participating in the San Jose Blues Week
The Poor House Bistro is an award winning restaurant with a great patio for listening and dancing to live music. “Talking Blues” began in 2005 to shine a spotlight on the Fountain Blues Festival and is one of the highlights of San Jose Blues Week.

This event is 7-10 PM Tuesday, July 16th at the San Jose Improv (62 S0uth Second Street in Downtown San Jose) featuring CHRIS CAIN, The J.C. SMITH Band as the house band for the evening, MAXX CABELLO JR., RON E. BECK’S SOUL REVUE, LARA PRICE, and LAURA CHAVEZ with special invited guests AKI KUMAR and MARK “FENNY” FENICHEL.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase. There is a two drink minima, however, the drinks do not have to be alcoholic of nature!
