@CityShawn Hits #1 on KSJS Urban Top 40 with “East”

On our latest KSJS Urban Charts, San Jose’s very own City Shawn hits #1 with his title-track off his latest project, East. City has been gaining a reputation for putting out quality hip-hop that both street cats and backpackers can relate to. After last year’s Forever mixtape, he followed it up with this year’s East. The title track is produced by Cortez (of Dreemteem) who handled the production for the entire project.

Detroit emcee/producer Black Milk links with BadBadNotGood for the track “Now or Never” which serves as the second track off his latest album that has been in rotation on our airwaves lately. The track is a solid combination of sounds and some of Black Milk’s best bars.
