@Caleborate Hits #1 on Urban Charts with “Anna’s Lament”
Bay Area based emcee, Caleborate is originally from South Sacramento but currently resides in Berkley, CA. I will admit I was unaware of his movement until about 6 months ago. Thanks to our friends over at Thizzler, I found out about his movement and he was voted as part of the last #BAF (Bay Area Freshman) class. Shortly after that announcement I came across this track “Anna’s Lament” after tweeting at Caleborate to send me music. They were pushing this track as the current single. The track has done very well on our airwaves and hailed by many listeners and our own manager, DJ Zordon, as one of the best tracks released lately. Check out the music video directed by Adrian Per below:
1. Caleborate – Anna’s Lament (prod. Al Dali)

This track has also drawn a lot of positive listener feedback and features four emcees who have bars for days. Peep it below:
2. Termanology – Get Away (ft. Skyzoo, Torae & Reks)

They go by the name Pterodactyl Jones as a duo, and both have been making serious noise in the Inland Empire area. Both have been regulars on Paid Dues events put on by Murs, and Curtiss King has even produced some recent gems for Murs and the likes of Ab-Soul. Check out “Move On” below:
