Last week on our top 40 San Jose emcee, City Shawn hit #1 with potentially his biggest hit off Smoker No Joker. Since we didn’t post an update on here for that, wanted to bring that to your attention, being that City has been killin our Urban music charts and is definitely one of the artists to watch in our own backyard.
